Meet the Pactor Partners Team

We founded Pactor Partners because we believed Boston buyers and sellers deserved something between a giant brokerage and a solo agent: a boutique team with real analytical horsepower and enough bandwidth to actually pick up the phone.

Our lead agent, Bobby Kean, built the firm around a simple operating principle — treat every transaction like an underwriting exercise. Before we recommend a list price or an offer number, we model it. We look at recent comparable sales, competing inventory, days on market in your specific pocket of the city, and what happens if the market softens while you're under agreement. Then we tell you what the numbers say, not what's easiest to hear. That discipline is the reason our clients rarely overpay and our sellers rarely sit.

We are Boston-focused and Boston-fluent. Our work spans the city's neighborhoods — Back Bay, the South End, Beacon Hill, Charlestown, South Boston, Jamaica Plain, Dorchester — and extends across Greater Boston and the surrounding suburbs for clients relocating in or out of the region. We handle condos, single-family homes, and small multifamily property, and we're comfortable on both sides of the table: representing buyers competing for scarce inventory and sellers trying to maximize a once-in-a-decade asset.

We also serve clients in Spanish as well as English, which matters more than it sounds. Real estate contracts, inspection reports, and negotiation nuance are hard enough in your first language; we make sure nothing important gets lost.

By design, we keep our client roster small. That means a senior member of our team is personally involved in your search or your sale from the first conversation through closing day — and long after, because most of our business arrives by referral from people we've already served.
